Michael Schwimmer

Michael Schwimmer has a strong background in customer success and service management. Michael has held various leadership roles in different companies, starting from 2002. In their most recent positions, they have served as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Integrated DNA Technologies, ArcherDX, and Invitae. Prior to that, they worked at Cepheid as a Senior Manager, overseeing field service operations in the Americas. Before Cepheid, they held management positions at Siemens Healthineers, where they managed regional service teams and was responsible for driving performance and resolving customer escalations.

Michael Schwimmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. Michael also has an Associate of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the University of Arkansas Grantham. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Net+/A+.
