Prior professional roles include project management at Diethelm Scanstyle and leadership positions in engineering and manufacturing at Leica Geosystems and Leica Microsystems. Academic credentials include an MBA from Shingijutsu USA, a Master of Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from Zhejiang University.
