Max Johansen

Max Johansen has been working in various roles since 2008. Max began as an intern for US Senator Mel Martinez, then worked as a Research Assistant for the Health Economics Research Group. In 2010, they became a Research Study Coordinator for the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. In 2008, they founded m^x Tutoring, and in 2015 they became Manager of Events and Marketing for Busboys and Poets, where they developed the company's first full waste audit and implemented a Zero Waste program. In 2020, they became a Tutor for Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy Company. Currently, they are a Content Writer for Sēkr and a Marketing Manager for NovoNutrients.

Max Johansen has a long history of education. Max obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Miami in 2009. Max then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2015. Finally, they obtained a Master of Public Health - MPH from The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health in 2019.
