Wim Vandebroek

Wim Vandebroek has a strong background in sales and business operations. Wim started their career at Hach Lange in 1997, working as a Sales Engineer for water analysis. Wim then moved up the ranks, becoming a Sales Manager for Lab equipment and eventually the Country Manager for Belgium. In 2005, they joined Hach and took on the role of EU CRM Manager, responsible for sales and service in France, Benelux, and the UK. Wim continued to excel in sales, becoming the Regional Sales Director for Benelux and later for the United Kingdom, Benelux, and Ireland. In 2015, they became the Director of Sales and Service for France, Benelux, and EU CRM. In 2016, they took on the position of Director of Global Danaher Business Systems. Most recently, starting in 2018, Vandebroek has been the Vice President of Danaher Business Systems Growth & Commercial Operations at Integrated DNA Technologies. In this role, they focus on implementing lean processes, driving sales and marketing enablement, and building global growth processes and teams.

Wim Vandebroek obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Science from Erasmushogeschool Brussel, completing their education from 1990 to 1994. Wim also holds additional certifications in various areas such as Sustainability Management, Funnel Management, Transactional Process Improvement, Problem Solving Process, and Value Selling.
