Shawna Freeman

Director, Process Improvement and Strategic Initiatives at Integrated Health Systems

Shawna Freeman's work experience begins in 1994 as a Receptionist and Office Administrator at The Towne Club. Shawna then worked as a Customer Service and Training representative at CommWorld of Kansas City from 1995 to 1997. In 1998, Shawna held several roles, including Customer Service and Project Management at iTalk Telecommunications, Administrative Assistant and Telecom Coordinator at Indian Creek Executive Suites, and Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at First Executive Suites.

From 2000 to 2005, they worked as a Customer Applications Specialist at Birch Telecom. Shawna then joined Integrated Health Systems in 2006, where they held multiple roles. Shawna started as an Internal Support personnel from 2006 to 2010. After that, they became a Project Manager responsible for managing the development and implementation of various projects until 2022. Currently, Shawna works at Integrated Health Systems (IHS) as the Director of Process Improvement and Strategic Initiatives, a role they assumed in April 2022.

Throughout their career, Shawna has demonstrated their expertise in project management, customer service, and administrative support across various industries.

Shawna Freeman began their education in 1993 at William Chrisman High School and graduated in 1994 with a high school degree. Shawna then enrolled in Metropolitan Community College-Longview in 1994, where they studied Accounting and Business Management for a year before completing their education in 1995.
