Ferne Dorn

Ferne Dorn has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and policy sectors. Ferne most recently served as the Executive Director of Market Development at Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Policy Analyst Intern at The Washington Center. Dorn also held various roles at Geisinger Health Plan, including Director of Operations, where they provided leadership and guidance to the Provider Network Management team and oversaw credentialing and regulatory compliance for a large network of providers. Ferne also served as an Operations Manager, responsible for cost-saving reimbursement strategies and payment configuration for billions of dollars in claims annually.

Ferne Dorn obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Policy Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania between 2018 and 2021. Additionally, they hold various certifications including the Professional, Academy for Health Care Management (PAHM®) Designation from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) in 2012, Project Management Principles from Management Concepts Inc. in 2011, and Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from the American Academy of Professional Coders in 2005.
