Ivette Granja

Ivette Granja has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Ivette currently serves as the Vice President of Home Health at Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. Since joining the company in July 2021. Prior to that, they were the VP Care Management at AvMed from January 2016 to February 2021. Ivette also served as the Vice President of Health Services Operations at Simply Healthcare Plans from November 2013 to October 2015. Ivette worked at United Health Care from December 2005 to November 2013, where they held the position of Director, United Clinical Services- Business Development & Implementation. Ivette began their career at BCBSFL, where they worked from 1994 to 2005 and held the role of Manager, Utilization Management.

Ivette Granja earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from the University of Miami from 1984 to 1988. Prior to attending the University of Miami, they attended Our Lady of Lourdes Academy from 1980 to 1984.
