Bill Newell

Bill Newell currently serves as the Western Region Engineering/Nuclear Program Director and Area General Manager at Integrated Power Services since September 2019. Previously, Bill held the position of Nuclear Operations Manager at Schulz Electric from September 2011 to August 2019. Bill's extensive experience in the nuclear sector also includes serving as Nuclear Services Manager at EMC from April 2005 to August 2011 and Quality Assurance Manager at Schulz Electric from January 1994 to April 2006. Educational credentials include attendance at Eastern Oregon State and completion of the Navy Nuclear Power School.
