Mark Dubose

Mark DuBose has over 20 years of diverse experience in human resources and leadership roles. Mark currently serves as the CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) and Sr. Vice President at Integrated Power Services, where they are responsible for various functions including HR, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and continuous improvement. Prior to this, they held various HR leadership positions at GE, where they managed global HR and supported manufacturing facilities. Mark also worked as the HR Director at UTi Integrated Logistics and the HR Manager at CEVA Logistics, focusing on logistics and operations. Mark began their career at Rockwell Automation, where they served as an Assistant HR Manager and Training Coordinator. Their experience spans multiple industries including manufacturing, logistics, and energy.

Mark DuBose graduated from Clemson University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Management. Mark then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in International Business from Gardner-Webb University between the years 2000 and 2002. In addition to their formal education, Mark DuBose is also a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
