Tera Ehlers, SHRM-SCP, CPP, has built an extensive career in human resources and people operations with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources and VP of People Operations at Integrated Power Services since 2018, Tera previously held roles as Human Resources Manager, Payroll Benefits Manager, and Sr. HR Representative within the same company from 2007 to 2017. Tera's earlier experience includes positions in inside sales at Rockwell Automation and CBS Distribution, Inc., as well as a role as Production Planner at Greenville Finishing Company.
