Aby Shaughnessy, SPHR, SHRM-SCP oversees all human resources activities, policies, and programs at Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. as the Executive Director of Human Resources. With experience in PMO management at Founders Insurance Company, Aby has developed, implemented, and administered various HR functions during their career. Aby holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Northern Illinois University.
