Jenna Jacobs

Jenna Jacobs, SHRM-CP, serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Pomerene Hospital since March 2024, focusing on end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, along with employee benefits administration. Previously, Jenna was the Recruiting Manager at Mast Trucking, Inc. from August 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included full lifecycle recruiting for a CDL Training Program and strategic management of recruiting initiatives, achieving significant improvements in hiring metrics and cost efficiencies. Jenna's earlier experience at Mast Trucking as a Safety Manager involved comprehensive safety policy management and compliance oversight. Additionally, Jenna gained foundational HR experience as an intern at The J.M. Smucker Company, where coordination of interviews and onboarding processes were key tasks. Jenna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Kent State University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Ashland University.
