Jose Luis Cruz, Jr is the Founder and CEO of Integrated Projects, where Jose Luis helps building owners and operators bring their buildings online with unprecedented detail to acquire, renovate, and operate—at scale. Prior to founding Integrated Projects, Jose held positions at UA Builders Group, AECOM Tishman, Robert A.M. Stern Architects, ArchDaily, SLAB Architects, Columbia University in the City of New York, University of Florida, CAU Architects, and AA+D. Jose Luis holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida, a Post-Professional Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University, and an Associate of Arts from Daytona State College.
