Nabanita Talukder

Nabanita Talukder has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nabanita began their career as a Management Trainee in Human Resources at ThyssenKrupp in 1998. Nabanita then worked as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at LEONI (Automotive Wiring Systems) from 2000 to 2004. Following that, they served as a Senior Manager in Human Resources at Cummins India from 2005 to 2006. Nabanita then joined US Tech Solutions as the Head of People and Delivery Management from 2006 to 2016. Currently, they are working at Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) as the Delivery Head and Director of Global Delivery, a role they have held since August 2016.

Nabanita Talukder started their education in 1993 at Symbiosis International University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services, which they completed in 1996. Nabanita then continued their studies at Savitribai Phule Pune University, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from 1996 to 1998. In 1997, they also obtained a Diploma in Labor Laws & Welfare from freshers Jobs India. Additionally, in July 2014, they obtained certification in Search Lab 12.0 from AIRS.
