Sweta Verma

Sweta Verma is an accomplished Delivery Lead at Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI) since October 2014, specializing in talent delivery and solutions. Under Sweta's leadership, IRI has received the 2016 Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards, maintained its status as an Inc. 5000 company for eight consecutive years, and been recognized as a Top 100 Diversity Business. Prior to this role, Sweta served as a Technical Recruiter at IRI and held positions in HR-recruitment and business development at Strongdemand, as well as IT/Non-IT recruiting at Netbrains Consulting & Solution Pvt Ltd., where various industries were supported. Sweta holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University, completed through distance education between 2012 and 2014.
