Shomya Swaroop

Shomya Swaroop is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in Agile project management and Scrum methodologies, currently serving as Segment Delivery Lead for Retail Insurance at Zurich Insurance since March 2025. Prior to this role, Shomya held the positions of Solution Delivery Manager and Program Manager at sgfleet, focusing on Agile transformation and managing fleet management financial services. Experience as a Senior Scrum Master and Delivery Manager was gained at OFX and Commonwealth Bank, where project leadership and team coaching were key responsibilities.
