Tim Sylvester

Tim Sylvester has been an entrepreneur in the smart infrastructure technology space since 2006. Tim is the Founder and CEO of Integrated Roadways, a smart infrastructure technology developer, vendor, and operator, and the President of Showcase City Center LLC, a special purpose vehicle joint venture for the delivery of the Smart Infrastructure Showcase at Lenexa City Center. At Integrated Roadways, Tim has been developing Smart Pavement, a product that transforms roads into networks for connected, electric, and autonomous vehicles. At Showcase City Center, they are responsible for the Smart Infrastructure Showcase, a privately financed package of smart infrastructure improvements to five intersections in Lenexa, KS providing the Smart Pavement system for traffic data collection, distributed communications systems, and edge hosting providing next-generation capabilities to support connected, electric, and autonomous vehicles.

Tim Sylvester received a Bachelor of Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2012, and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from the same institution in 2004. Tim also holds certifications in Entrepreneurship Scholar from the UMKC Bloch School of Management and Project Management from Johnson County Community College.
