Jose Sandoval

Jose Sandoval has over 16 years of experience in the customer service and operations industry. From 2004 to 2007, they worked at Teleperformance El Salvador, where they held the roles of Customer Service Supervisor, Certified Quality Assessors Trainer, Quality Assessor, and Customer Service Representative. In 2012, they joined ISP Promesa as Office General Manager, where they were responsible for leading and managing resources, developing processes and procedures, and maintaining relationships with vendors. In 2017, they moved to ISP Promesa - Latinoamérica as Vice President, LATAM Operations and Business Development, and in 2020, they joined Integrated Screening Partners as Vice President, LATAM Operations and Business Development.

Jose Sandoval obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado between 2000 and 2006. Jose then went on to receive a Master in Direccion de Marketing y canales de distribucion from Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona between 2011 and 2013.
