Roger Radeloff

Chairman & President at Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS)

Roger founded ITS in 1980 as a spinoff of his architectural and engineering firm after seeing a gap in the engineering profession to source good, qualified candidates to fill the needs of clients. Due to the success of the new venture, he sold the A/E firm and devoted his time to growing ITS.

Career highlights include receiving the SBA Ohio Business Innovator of the Year award in 1987 and being a nominee for the same award in 1994. In 1996, he was a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He is the former Vice President of Strategic Planning and a former member of the board of directors for the International Society of Automation. Roger is also the founding member of the Industrial Computing Society, a technical society made up of professionals with a focus on the application of industrial computers. In addition to writing numerous technical articles, Roger co-authored “Contract Engineering.”

Roger serves as the Chairman of the Board of ITS. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Ohio, Texas, and California.
