Nathan Harkness

Nathan Harkness has demonstrated extensive leadership and service delivery expertise in various roles. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Team Leader and Scheduling Officer at integratedliving Australia Limited since November 2017, Nathan manages the Home Garden Maintenance division, leading a team of approximately 15 staff and achieving a remarkable 300% increase in productivity through strategic initiatives. Previously, Nathan held the position of Head Coach for the Cardiff Australian Rules Football Club, earning the '2017 Coach of the Year' accolade in the Black Diamond AFL competition. Additional experience includes roles as a Service Technician at Jayco Newcastle, Plumbing Apprentice at Barossa Plumbing & Gas Fittings, Coach for St Joseph’s Football & Netball Club, and a Criminal Investigator with Victoria Police, where Nathan excelled in offender processing and investigated various serious crimes.
