Ronald Carara

Vice President of Human Resources at Integration Charter Schools, Ronald Carara joined ICS as Director of Human Resources in January 2019, bringing with him 30 years of human resources and administrative experience, as well as a passion for working with people, from both the city and federal levels.

He received his BS in Business Management from St. John’s University.
