Margarita Ivanova is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and capacity building within public administration and project management. Currently serving as a Monitoring Training & Coaching Expert at B&S Europe since March 2023, Margarita has previously held key roles including ROM Expert at INTEGRATION Consulting Group, Senior Trainer at Eptisa, and Functional Review Expert at IDEAS Depo. With a strong background in developing methodologies and training programs, Margarita has contributed to various initiatives aimed at improving the effectiveness of project implementation and human resource management in the Western Balkans.
