Patricia Rosa Garcia is an accomplished expert in gender and international development with extensive experience as a Team Leader and Consultant across various organizations. Currently serving as the Team Leader of the Gender Hub for the European Commission at INTEGRATION Consulting Group, Patricia has held roles such as Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and Gender Consultant, providing critical evaluations and developing strategic gender equality roadmaps.
