Kara Dahm

Kara Dahm has extensive experience in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Intern at Uline, Inc. in 2001. Kara then worked at CIB Marine Bancshares, TRC Staffing, and Conifer Health Solutions/Tenet Healthcare before moving to Integrative Emergency Services, where they currently serve as the Senior Vice President Human Resources. Throughout their career, Kara has held various leadership roles, overseeing HR functions, workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations across multiple states and organizations. Their responsibilities also included strategic planning, change management, and facilitating mergers and acquisitions seamlessly.

Kara Dahm obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Administration from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2002. In 2007, they also obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
