Marcus Sims II

Marcus Sims II, DO, FACEP has a diverse work experience in the field of emergency medicine. Marcus served as a Physician at Medical Center Emergency Physicians from July 2012 to September 2014. Following this, they took on the role of Medical Director at First Choice Emergency Room from October 2014 to April 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Medical Director at CHI St Luke's Health-Sugar Land within Integrative Emergency Services since April 2020.

Marcus Sims II, DO, FACEP attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a degree in Biology. Marcus then pursued their Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from UNT Health Science Center, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009. Marcus went on to specialize in Emergency Medicine, completing their residency program at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) from 2009 to 2012.
