Leroy Southmayd

LeRoy Southmayd is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in various healthcare roles. Currently serving as a Hospice Physician at INTEGRIS Health since December 2020, Southmayd previously held positions such as Medical Director for Wound Care & Hyperbarics at HEALOGICS from April 2020 to August 2020, and Medical Director Informatics at INTEGRIS Health from June 2009 to August 2019. With a background in nephrology as a practicing nephrologist in private practice from 1991 to 2005, Southmayd has also served as a Physician Liaison to Quality Resource Management and Chair of the Utilization Review Committee at Deaconess Hospital. Southmayd's foundational training includes a Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and roles in the US Army, culminating in a Doctor of Medicine degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Virginia.
