Brandon Daley

Brandon Daley has a solid background in IT support and systems engineering. Brandon started their career as an IT Support Specialist at Verge Mobile LLC in 2019, where they provided technical support for employees and troubleshooted hardware and software issues. Brandon also managed networking hardware and resolved connectivity issues across different network types.

In 2020, Brandon joined CalTech as an Associate Systems Engineer, where they broke down and evaluated user problems and increased efficiency of customer accounts through automation. Brandon also managed their workload based on business impact and time sensitivity. Later, they took on the role of Tier 1 Field Services Engineer, where they served as the first point of contact for customers, provided basic technical support, and successfully closed over 150 tickets per month while taking on additional responsibilities.

Currently, Brandon is working at Integris as an Associate Systems Engineer. Brandon'sresponsibilities include evaluating user problems, automating tasks to enhance efficiency, and managing their workload effectively.

Brandon Daley's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Cloud Computing from Western Governors University. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Black Hawk College. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Project+ from CompTIA in February 2023, Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in November 2022, Linux Essentials from Linux Professional Institute (LPI) in November 2022, ITILv4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2023, Cloud+ from CompTIA in December 2022, A+ from CompTIA in May 2019, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2022, Network+ from CompTIA in September 2020, Security+ from CompTIA in July 2022, and CCNA from Cisco in September 2021.
