Tamar Schacknow has over 18 years of experience in professional IT recruiting. Tamar began their career in 1990 working as a Technical Analyst/Consultant for CIGNA Corporation, Retirement & Investment Services in Hartford, CT. In 1997, they moved to Dallas, TX to work as a SR. Advertising Account Executive-Outside Sales for the Dallas Observer. In 2000, they worked as a Senior Account Executive-Solution Sales for Xpedite, Inc. in Dallas, TX. From 2002-2003, they worked as a Certified Account Executive/Recruiter-Microsoft Business Solutions for Tectura. From 2003-2012, they worked as a Senior Recruiter/Principal for TMS Recruiting, where they operated, managed and maintained the full life-cycle recruiting process for clients all over the US. In 2012, they moved to integrITalent, where they served as a Sr. Recruiting Consultant. Finally, in 2014, they moved to Career Integration, where they worked as a Sr. Recruiting Consultant.
