Luciana Misura

Luciana Misura has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Luciana began their career as a Senior Project Manager at Tesla Brasil, where they managed cross-functional teams and delivered websites, e-commerce, and online marketing projects. Luciana then worked as a Senior Digital Producer at Wunderman Detroit, leading the cross-functional team responsible for the redesign of the Ford Mercury brand website and coordinating digital marketing campaigns. Luciana then joined Microsoft as an Operations Project Manager, managing UX design projects for the Windows Design Team. In their role as Sr Director of User Experience Design at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, they defined the user experience for their CRM system and participated in product management activities. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Head of PMO at Integritas Solutions, where they oversee project management activities. In addition to their employment history, Luciana also demonstrated their entrepreneurial skills by transforming a personal blog into a successful travel company, generating over $8 million in online travel sales. Their experience includes defining digital marketing initiatives, creating digital content, and managing social media marketing.

Luciana Misura has a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance. Luciana has also completed various online courses, such as "Client Needs and Software Requirements," "Software Processes and Agile Practices," and "Introduction to Software Product Management" from Coursera Course Certificates. In terms of project management, Luciana is a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certified by the Project Management Institute.
