Business/digital Transformation Leadership

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Ministry program area business leadership and digital transformation leads to understand the business goals / objectives.
• Lead the clarification and definition of the business goals, objectives, business realization measures, and target metrics for the Solution.
• Provide business leadership to the Vendor team to develop a Solution that will enable the client to meet its goals.
• Oversee the business transformation across all required services and Deliverables and ensure alignment with meeting user expectations.
• Provide strategic advice and leadership to complete the definition, design, and implementation for the Solution.
• Participate in meetings with Ministry leadership and representatives.
• Participate in project governance meetings, as needed.
