Job Tittle: Media Buying Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Media Buying Associate to manage our media buying activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our advertising efforts are cost-effective, reach the right audiences, and achieve our clients’ marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make real-time adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Conduct audience research to identify target demographics and optimize ad placements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring that media spend is aligned with campaign goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate with media vendors and platforms to secure the best rates and placements.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media buying and advertising.
  • Assist in A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Work closely with account managers and clients to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance and insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Set up and review Google Search Campaigns
  • Set up Smart, Display, and Performance Max Campaigns
  • Set up Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag manager.
  • Set up Conversions on multiple platforms such as Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, Godaddy, and Unbounce
  • Set up Meta Ad campaigns geared towards awareness and leads.
  • Setup up Pixel
  • Use the platform “Wrike” for task details, reporting and communication.
  • Use excel for comparatives, analysis, and conversions.
  • Have daily and weekly meetings with a manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital media buying, with a strong understanding of media planning, ad placement, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads(Must Have) Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other DSPs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience working with eCommerce brands and optimizing campaigns for online sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising and RTB (Real-Time Bidding).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and how they complement paid media efforts.
  • Understanding of multi-channel attribution models and their impact on media buying strategies.
  • Familiarity with budget management and financial forecasting.
  • Professional experience of 1-2 years.
