Christopher Tomlinson

Christopher Tomlinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international development and policy management. Currently serving as Vice President of Business at Integrity since December 2024, Christopher previously held leadership roles at Oxford Policy Management, including Director of the Washington DC office, where a US-specific market engagement strategy was developed and multi-million dollar projects funded by USAID and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation were led. Additional experience includes serving as Country Manager for Oxford Policy Management in Nepal, Senior Manager for South Asia at Adam Smith International, and various consultancy roles, including with UNDP, Oxfam, and Plan International. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Political Economy of Development from SOAS University of London and multiple degrees from the University of Sussex, alongside executive education at Harvard Kennedy School.
