Steven L. is a Senior Manager specializing in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning. With experience in various research and evaluation roles at organizations such as Integrity, UCL, and the Overseas Development Institute, Steven has developed expertise in health policy, development progress, and humanitarian programs.
