Rick Fernicola

Rick Fernicola has a diverse work experience. Rick is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Integrity Corps since January 2022, where they oversee operations, growth plans, strategy, systems, processes, and assists in new business acquisition and creation. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President - Operations and Business Development at Integrity Corps from November 2019 to January 2022, where they specialized in traffic control, road safety, utility construction, and project management.

Before joining Integrity Corps, Rick was an Operating Partner at I.C.H. Holdings LLC from October 2014 to November 2019. Rick also served as the Head of Business Development at Credo in 2018, where they connected businesses with digital marketing agencies and managed client relationships. Rick worked as a Business Development Manager at Integrity Fundraising from February 2018 to September 2018.

In addition to their business development roles, Rick has experience in executive recruitment. Rick was a Partner and Executive Recruiter at Precision Search Group from 2017 to 2018.

Rick's career started as an Account Executive at Worldwide Express in 2010 and later served as the Director of Marketing at Bleaulief Marketing in 2011.

Rick Fernicola earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management/Marketing, from William Paterson University of New Jersey from 2006 to 2010. Rick also obtained a Diploma from Wayne Hills High School from 2002 to 2006.
