Tammy Halford is the current Director of Customer Success at Integrity Data. Tammy has over 20 years of experience in consultative sales and business advising. Tammy has a proven track record in revenue growth, account management, and team development.

Tammy started their career in 1996 as a Strategic Business Advisor at Integrity Technology Solutions. There, they were responsible for consulting with clients on how to use technology to increase revenue, gain a competitive edge, and improve efficiencies. Tammy was a key implementer of Open Book Management in the organization and educated employees about financial literacy.

In 2017, Tammy left Integrity Technology Solutions to pursue a new opportunity as a Professional EOS Implementer at Geiser Consultants, LLC. As a Professional EOS Implementer, Tammy helped entrepreneurs and their leadership teams simplify, clarify and achieve their vision using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

In April 2019, Tammy returned to Integrity Data as the Director of Customer Success. In this role, Tammy is responsible for leading the customer success team and executing on the customer success strategy. Under Tammy’s leadership, the customer success team has been able to reduce customer churn by 30%.

Tammy Halford has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Tammy has worked in the field of Business Administration for many years, and is currently a business consultant.

Tammy Halford reports to Patrick Doolin, CEO. They are on a team with Keith Snyder - COO & Integrator, Ben Corwin - HR & Payroll Sales Manager, and Zoey Nguyen - Marketing Communications Manager. Some individuals on their team include Lori Batchelder - Customer Service Advocate, Gary Schmidt - Customer Care Representative.
