Melody Pollard

Melody Pollard is an experienced music educator and worship leader with a diverse background in music direction and teaching. Currently serving as the Worship Director at LIFESTREAM FREE METHODIST CHURCH and a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Integrity Educational Services since January 2020, Melody also teaches piano, voice, theory, and composition at Guitar Center. In addition to private instruction through Shalam LLC since 2002, Melody held the position of Executive Board Member at Grand Rapids Federation of Musicians Local 56 from June 2019 to January 2020 and worked as a Bank Sales and Service Representative at PNC. Previous roles include Director of Music at TEMPLE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF SAN FRANCISCO and Youth Choir Director at United Methodist Church of the Dunes. Melody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory and Composition from Northeastern Illinois University.
