Alberto Vargas Jr

Alberto Vargas Jr. serves as the Deputy Director of Residential Treatment at Integrity House since December 2007, where responsibilities include managing multiple long-term and short-term residential treatment programs, supervising a diverse staff, and implementing evidence-based clinical programming for clients with substance abuse and co-morbid disorders. Previous roles at Integrity House include Associate Director positions for both short-term and men's long-term residential treatment, where Alberto designed programs, facilitated treatment teams, and conducted staff interviews. Alberto's career also includes experience as Assistant Director and Unit Director at New Hope Foundation, where responsibilities encompassed co-facilitating counseling sessions, managing various departments, and providing individual counseling and aftercare planning. Throughout the career, Alberto has consistently focused on staff performance evaluation, training, and adherence to regulatory compliance.
