LaVawn Coleman serves as Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors and oversees all corporate legal matters for Grange and Integrity Insurance including regulatory, governmental affairs, compliance, internal audit, and house counsel. In this role, she is responsible for the management of corporate litigation, oversight of specific business transactions between Integrity and third parties, and working to ensure the Grange Enterprise Companies maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
