Mark L. Boxer

Dr. Mark L. Boxer joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2017 and serves on the Human Capital and Total Rewards, Corporate Governance, and Executive Committees. He chairs the Corporate Governance Committee. Mark serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the University of Hartford. He is also an Executive Venture Partner with Health Enterprise Partners. Mark retired from Cigna as its Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information and Digital Officer in 2020, having served in that role since 2011. Prior to Cigna, he served in various leadership roles at the Xerox Corporation, Anthem, and Hewlett Packard. Mark serves on the board of the University of Connecticut Foundation, where he chairs the Audit and Compliance Committee. He was a founding member of the Internet Ecosystem Innovation Committee.
