Emma Bowers

Emma Bowers is currently the Chief of Staff at Integrity Lab, where collaboration with the CEO focuses on leading a team of data scientists and software engineers to enhance organizational culture through data and technology. Previously, Emma served as Counsel in the Office of General Counsel for the Australian Government Solicitor, providing constitutional advice on draft legislation. Prior roles include Adviser to the Prime Minister and Cabinet, where briefings on national legal policy priorities were conducted, and Associate to the Chief Justice of Australia at the High Court. Emma also has experience as a tutor in contracts law at The Australian National University and worked as a lawyer at Allens. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School and an Arts/Law degree from UNSW, among other credentials.
