Jeff Files has been working in the medical staffing industry for over 15 years. Jeff started their career as a Territory Sales Manager for Staff Care, and then held various leadership positions at Martin Fletcher, Interim Physicians, and Fastaff Travel Nursing. In 2017, they joined Integrity Locums as Executive Vice President, and was promoted to President in 2019.

Jeff Files studied Corporate Communications at the College of Charleston and earned their Bachelor's degree there.
