Lacey Salzer Devereux is an experienced healthcare professional and entrepreneur with a robust track record in staffing and veterinary services. As the Managing Partner and Founder of The VetTemps since April 2024, Lacey focuses on providing emergency relief veterinarians. Lacey also serves as Founder, Board Member, and Managing Partner at Integrity Locums since October 2011, specializing in staffing solutions for healthcare professionals and medical centers. In addition, Lacey holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Inspire Healthcare, demonstrating extensive leadership in the industry since January 2003. Lacey's career began as a Senior Consultant at Weatherby Healthcare from April 1996 to January 2003, where expertise in physician recruitment was developed. Lacey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University and graduated from Paint Branch High School.
