Lauren Sikerica

Lauren Sikerica is a provider consultant at Integrity Locums. Lauren was an assistant manager at Nordstrom from May 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for training and developing their team, meeting personal and department sales goals, as well as assisting the department manager achieve volume in productivity goals by executing and developing a business plan. Lauren also helped push sales and volume, as well as partnered with our visual team to showcase trending product, resulting in all our departments ending with a win for the 2021 fiscal year. In addition, they took on the role of recruiting back in December due to staffing shortages. During this time, Lauren posted job openings, interviewed, and hired six people for their departments as well as two others for different departments.

Lauren Sikerica completed their high school education at Manitou Springs High School and went on to study at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Business.

Lauren Sikerica reports to Chris Lewis, Director of Sales. They are on a team with Lauren Kirchoff - Provider Consultant, Lauren Bush - Provider Consultant, and Fletcher Lea - Provider Consultant.
