Jennifer L. Tryder RHIA, CHC has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Jennifer L. has held several managerial and leadership positions in various organizations.
In 1996, Jennifer started their career as a Marketing Manager at Intelligent Environments. Jennifer L. worked there until 2001, managing marketing operations for the company's US operations.
From 2001 to 2002, Jennifer worked as the Manager of the Health Information Management Department at Winchester Hospital. Jennifer L.'sresponsibilities included overseeing department functions, ensuring accuracy of medical record documentation, and implementing efficiency projects related to the integration of an electronic medical record system.
In 2002, they joined Hallmark Health System as a Corporate Compliance Manager. Over the course of their tenure, they also served as a Senior Corporate Compliance Specialist and HIPAA Compliance Program Manager. Jennifer L.'sprimary role was to manage the Corporate Compliance & Auditing Program for a two-campus, acute care community hospital and affiliated physician offices.
From 2012 to 2016, Jennifer worked at Cognosante in various roles. Jennifer L. initially served as the Deputy Project Manager for the Medicaid RAC program, where they acted as a liaison between the Project Manager, client, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Jennifer L. later assumed the roles of Program Manager for Fraud, Waste & Abuse and Manager of Program Integrity Solutions, where they managed State Medicaid RAC programs and served as a subject matter expert for the development of a case management system.
Jennifer then joined EY in 2016 as a Manager in the Advisory Health Services/IT Risk Transformation Practice. Jennifer L. provided services in the areas of health services and IT risk transformation.
Most recently, since 2016, Jennifer has been working at Integrity Management Services, Inc. Jennifer L. started as the Program Director for Audit & Grant Programs and is currently the Vice President for the same division. Jennifer L.'srole involves overseeing audit and grant programs for the company.
Jennifer L. Tryder RHIA, CHC obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management from Northeastern University in the years 1996 to 2001. Jennifer L. also holds additional certifications including RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) from AHIMA in the year 2002 and CHC (Certified Healthcare Compliance) from HCCA in the year 2007.
