Cassey Bass

Cassey Bass has extensive experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Director, HRBP & Talent Management at Integrity Marketing Group LLC since November 2020. Prior to this role, Cassey held several key positions at Toyota North America from November 2016 to November 2020, including Executive Leadership Development, where responsibilities included expanding the Executive Development Framework and automating talent management processes. Cassey also led corporate social responsibility initiatives, talent management activities, and the development of performance review tools.
