Jake Hamby is the Director of Executive Search Practice at Integrity Power Search. Jake has over two years of experience in the executive search and human capital strategy industries. Prior to joining Integrity Power Search, Jake worked as a Senior Associate at Dinte Executive Search, where they conducted targeted research and market analysis, identified top talent for C-suite level searches, developed position specifications, project plans, candidate evaluations, and drove and implemented process improvements. Jake also has experience in political digital marketing, having interned at IMGE where they helped to raise over $250,000 for political candidates in just three months. Jake is a driven and experienced professional who is passionate about helping others find the right career opportunities.

Jake Hamby graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Distinction in American Government and Religious Studies Double Major; Leadership and Public Policy Minor.
