Rosiland Moore, MBA, currently serves as the VP of SBA Business Development at Integro Bank, where efforts are focused on assisting small business owners in job creation, community improvement, and company growth. Previously, Rosiland worked as a Retirement Specialist at Paychex, establishing 401K plans for small businesses, and as a Licensed Lending Officer at loanDepot, supporting wealth-building strategies through residential real estate financing. With a successful tenure at American Express, Rosiland transformed teams and achieved significant sales performance in various roles, and demonstrated exceptional outbound sales skills at Wells Fargo. Early career experience includes consulting for Moore Systemworks and analyzing small business needs at the Small Business Development Center at Maricopa Community Colleges.
