Lyle Wells

Lyle Wells has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles. In 1997, they served as the Head Men's Basketball Coach/Athletic Director at Palm Beach Atlantic University until 2005. From there, they joined The Flippen Group as the National Director of Leadership Processes in 2005. In 2007, Wells became the President of Integrus Leadership before transitioning to Keystone Community Church as the Senior Pastor. Currently, they are the Lead Pastor at First Baptist Church Franklin since 2023.

Lyle Wells has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Colorado State University and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Leadership from the University of Colorado.
