Aleta Dover

ALeta Dover, CEBS, serves as Senior Manager of Global Benefits & Wellbeing at Integer Holdings Corporation since September 2017, leading strategic initiatives for employee benefits, retirement plans, and global leave programs. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Manager for Global Benefits and Leave of Absence at Forterra LLC from March 2015 to September 2017, and as Global Benefits Senior Manager/Director at Rent-A-Center from April 2011 to August 2014, where ALeta developed a comprehensive benefits department for 20,000 employees. ALeta holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
