Jederson de Cezaro

Jederson De Cezaro has extensive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and logistics. Jederson is currently working as the Director of Indirect Sourcing at Integer Holdings Corporation since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Strategic Sourcing (Americas) at SAF-HOLLAND Inc. from April 2016 to June 2021, where they led a team and was responsible for direct and indirect sourcing, cost savings, and process improvements.

Before that, Jederson worked at Remy International from 2012 to 2015, where they held various roles including Director of Global Indirect Sourcing & Logistics, Director of Indirect Sourcing & Procurement Excellence, and Manager of Global Indirect Sourcing. During their tenure at Remy International, they achieved significant cost savings on indirect and transportation projects, implemented procurement process improvements, and led teams of direct and functional reports.

Prior to Remy International, Jederson worked at Remy Automotive Brasil from 2003 to 2011, where they held roles such as Manager of Purchasing & Logistics and Purchasing Supervisor. Jederson led local strategic sourcing efforts, achieved cost savings and increased local content for LD starters. Jederson also managed supplier quality development and implemented ERP systems and sourcing processes.

Before Remy Automotive Brasil, Jederson worked at Renault as a Buyer, responsible for South America raw materials commodities negotiations, and at ZEN S.A. as a Purchasing Engineer and Product Engineer.

Jederson De Cezaro obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in the years 1993 to 1997. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued a degree in Strategic Purchasing Management at Sociesc. Later, in the years 2007 to 2009, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas to earn an MBA in Industrial Management.
